Suzanne Carroll

Suzanne is Vice President of Product at ActivTrak, where she leads product strategy, roadmap execution and the product management organization. She joined ActivTrak in May 2019 as the company's first product manager and has been instrumental in building the team and shaping the platform's evolution across workforce management, analytics, AI-driven insights and SMB self-service.

With 15 years of experience designing and implementing data-driven solutions, Suzanne specializes in transforming complex behavioral data into actionable insights that help organizations measure productivity, optimize performance and make more informed decisions about how work gets done. She has spearheaded ActivTrak's privacy first initiatives, ensuring the protection of customer and worker privacy across all offerings, and has led critical work in data classification, product packaging and pricing strategies.

Suzanne brings deep expertise in product management, SaaS solutions, machine learning and applied AI. Her work has been instrumental in strengthening ActivTrak's position as a system of record for work intelligence. By improving the clarity, accuracy and accessibility of workforce analytics, she helps customers move from surface-level reporting to deeper operational understanding, enabling better decisions around capacity planning, process optimization and AI adoption.

Suzanne holds an M.S. in Information Studies from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from the University of Tulsa.
