How does my Trial Plan work?

Trial plans offer the same features as an ActivTrak Premium Plan and are limited to 14 days. As a trial user, you get access to team productivity goal setting and tracking, workload balance, Personal Insights and much more. Trial plans are downgraded to a Free plan at the conclusion of the trial period. The Free plan is restricted to 3 monitored users and has limited application functionality.

What do I get with a Free plan?

Free ActivTrak Plan subscribers receive up to 3 users & 3GB data, 30-day rolling data history, and access to select reports that provide visibility into daily work activity data and productivity of small teams.

What do I get with a Paid Plan?

Paid ActivTrak subscribers receive unlimited users and data, 6 to 12 months of rolling data history determined by type of plan (with the option to purchase extended data history Add-ons), Standard support and access to exclusive insights to optimize team engagement and productivity. Is Support included in Paid Plans?

Yes, our Standard support plan is included with all paid plans. We also offer additional plans that provide enhanced levels of Support and can be purchased as an add-on.

What is ActivConnect and how is it billed?

ActivConnect combines ActivTrak analytics and insights into other applications. It is an add-on available to paid Annual Plans. ActivConnect is added to the cost of your plan and is billed at the time of purchase. To purchase ActivConnect, please contact Sales via email at sales@activtrak.com or use the Chat icon in the bottom right corner of the page to connect with our team immediately.

What happens if I exceed the user limit on a Free Plan?

Free Plans are limited to 3 users. If you exceed the limit, your data and screenshots will still be collected, but you will not be able to view them. You will see a notification in the app and will receive an email from ActivTrak asking you to take action in order to regain access to your data.

Do you offer monthly payment plans on any of your packages?

We currently offer annual plans. If you have questions or would like to discuss other options, please email Sales at sales@activtrak.com or use the Chat in the bottom right corner of the page to connect with our team immediately.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

All ActivTrak plans are billed on an annual basis. If you cancel your plan before the end of your term, you will not be billed again. For invoicing, please email us at sales@activtrak.com.
