Prior to ActivTrak, Victor served as Director of Solutions Architecture at AT&T Cybersecurity, where he supported managed security service provider (MSSP) partners and global enterprise customers. His work required navigating complex environments, integrating multiple systems, and guiding customers through high-stakes technical decisions — experience that now informs his approach to solutions architecture and services delivery at enterprise scale.

At ActivTrak, Victor leads the Customer Solutions organization, which brings together professional services, the platform's integration and developer environment, and remote administration services under a single mission: extend the depth and reach of ActivTrak so customers and partners can fully embed workforce analytics into their broader technology ecosystems. His team designs and delivers tailored technical engagements, builds the connective tissue between ActivTrak and customer systems, and provides hands-on administration for organizations that want a dedicated technical partner to operate the platform on their behalf.
