Gabriela Mauch is Chief Customer Officer and Head of ActivTrak's Productivity Lab, responsible for driving customer value and growth across a 9,500-customer base. She oversees the company’s world-class productivity thought leadership team and champions value delivery from pre-sales through post-sales engagement. An expert in effectiveness, leadership and organizational design, Gabriela has spent the past decade helping organizations build outcome-oriented, performance-driven teams. Her previous roles include directing the launch of McDonald's Effectiveness & Leadership Center of Excellence, as well as positions at human capital and strategy consulting firms McKinsey & Company and KPMG LLP.
