Throughout his career, Daniel has held senior marketing leadership roles at high-growth global software companies. At Emaze, he drove monthly revenue up an average of 43% and increased customer lifetime value by over 600% while leading expansion into Latin American markets. He also repositioned Swapcard for the Pandemic era, achieving top-10 G2 rankings in four categories.

At ActivTrak, Daniel leads go-to-market strategy and execution for enterprise solutions. Daniel has played a key role in advancing ActivTrak's market position as a leader in workforce intelligence, helping translate product innovation into measurable customer value. He has pioneered the integration of AI into product marketing operations, designing production-grade agent systems that have reduced time-to-delivery by 50% while doubling output without expanding headcount. His work in this area was recognized with the AI Marketing Innovation of the Year Award from the Product Marketing Alliance in 2024.

In addition to his work in B2B SaaS, Daniel is the author of The Digital Reformation: How AI and Algorithms Are Rewiring Power, Belief, and Democracy, where he explores how artificial intelligence and digital platforms are reshaping society, information systems and decision-making structures. His thought leadership has been featured in People Managing People, TechRadar and other industry publications, and he is a frequent contributor to discussions on the intersection of AI, work and organizational transformation.
