Mindee Humphrey is Vice President of People at ActivTrak, where she oversees the company’s people strategy. Mindee has more than 20 years of global experience in total rewards, employee relations, recruiting and training and development.

With extensive experience building and scaling people functions in high-growth technology companies, Mindee focuses on creating environments where employees can do their best work. She has spent her career designing people strategies that support both rapid growth and long-term organizational health, aligning people programs to business outcomes while fostering a culture of trust, inclusion and growth. Her approach centers on balancing data-driven decision-making with a strong emphasis on employee experience, ensuring that people programs are both measurable and meaningful.

Prior to ActivTrak, Mindee held leadership roles at F5 Networks, Point B and Cloudability, where she helped scale teams, evolve compensation and benefits strategies and guide organizations through periods of transformation.

At ActivTrak, Mindee is responsible for shaping a people strategy that supports the company’s transition into its enterprise growth phase. She leads people initiatives that span every dimension of the employee experience — from how the company attracts, develops and retains talent to building the organizational capabilities and culture needed to scale with purpose and impact. Her work ensures that ActivTrak’s workforce strategy evolves alongside its product and go-to-market strategy, enabling teams to operate with clarity, accountability and purpose.
