Our team at ActivTrak spent the last year in this unprecedented work landscape — and  as a hyper growth start-up to boot!. Our workforce analytics product needed to rapidly adapt and meet the needs of our customers  eagerly seeking powerful insights to inform their next moves. Our HR organization had to identify new talent to help us fulfill our vision, all while retaining and engaging our now widely distributed and remote teams. And our daily business operations were evolving while we focused on helping our customers evolve theirs, too. What a wild learning opportunity it has been!
