ActivTrak Wins TrustRadius 2020 Tech Cares Award

ActivTrak, Inc. today announced it has won the first-ever TrustRadius 2020 Tech Cares Award celebrating companies that have gone above and beyond to provide their communities, clients, and front line workers support during the COVID-19 crisis.

The Tech Cares Award recognized organizations that exemplified one of TrustRadius’s core values, being #Human, in the face of a global crisis.

Winners were nominated by users for how they acted selflessly and in support of their customers through the pandemic. This frequently included offering new capabilities or expertise at steep discounts, or for free. The process was also open to the TrustRadius community and vetted by the TrustRadius research team.

For ActivTrak, this meant responding immediately to help businesses navigate the complexities of the post-pandemic workplace. The team launched an online Resource Center featuring sample work-from-home policies, best practices, training sessions and webinars, checklists and templates, videos and demos, and more. ActivTrak also offered a 35 percent discount to make it more cost-effective for companies to adopt its technology and successfully manage a remote workforce.

“We are excited to announce our first-ever Tech Cares Award Winners,” said TrustRadius CEO Vinay Bhagat. “This pandemic isn’t just a test of fortitude. It’s an opportunity to distinguish yourself. We have been completely inspired by the way the B2B technology industry responded to COVID-19. So many companies pivoted with grace, leading to many of them standing out in our minds as major community contributors during this time. Not only do we feel that these companies are deserving of recognition—we also consider their example when deciding how we ourselves can find new ways to give back.”

“Great companies are built by great people. These are trying times for everyone, and we’re honored to be recognized for our efforts to help companies make the transition to remote work just a little bit easier,” said Rita Selvaggi, CEO of ActivTrak. “I couldn’t be more proud of this team, their compassion, and their accomplishments.”
