ActivTrak, an award-winning workforce analytics and productivity management software, today announced that TrustRadius has recognized ActivTrak with the 2021 Best Feature Set, Best Customer Support and Best Usability Awards in the workforce analytics category. These awards from TrustRadius highlight companies that have gone above and beyond in providing their customers with outstanding usability, product function and customer service during the 2020 year.

To win these awards each nominated organization had to receive 10 TrustRadius reviews in the past year that featured specific mention of their product’s usability, function and support. Winners also had to rank in the top three positions of their category in terms of what percentage of positive responses they earned this year. Additional vetting via textual review analysis was also performed by the TrustRadius research team.
