Customer support is the worst I’ve ever seen. Tickets can take over a month to resolve, if they even get resolved at all… After multiple follow-ups, you get a standard response that the developers are working on it. I would not recommend it to anyone. G2 review

Teramind fails to track time accurately

Buyer beware… since I signed up 2 weeks ago, the system hasn’t tracked time or tasks properly, and after spending hours on remote sessions, chat, and email support, the system is still not working…. As a new customer, this experience has been horrible. G2 review
