Minimize to Tray

With a menu selection on the File pulldown, the ActivTrak Viewer can be minimized to an icon in the "tray" or  notifcation area of the desktop.

This feature is particularly useful when used with alarms.  It allows the Viewer to run 24/7, processing alarms, without cluttering the desktop.  After the first alarm is received, the ActivTrak icon in the tray displays with a yellow background and a mouse activated tool tips indicate the number of alarms received since the Viewer was minimized.

After restoring the Viewer, all subsequent minimizations using the system menu will also go to the notification area.  To revert to normal minimization, remove the checkmark from the 'Minimize to Tray' menu selection.
