Context Menu
The context menu allows quick access to functions dependent on the content of a child window.
Context Menu for Net Views, Session Tracks, Snapshots, and Workstation Logs
The Context menu is most commonly used to open a new child window associated with a particular user session in a Net View. The row selection and menu selection can be initiated with one right click instead of having to select a session and then navigate the File/New submenu.
The same context menu can be used to open new child windows from a Session Track, a Snapshot, or a Workstation Log. In these cases, these action is not dependent on the selected row, but on the overall context of the window.
The context menu can be used to open a chat session or send messages to one or more selected user sessions. It can be used to copy text from individual grid cells to the clipboard.
Alarm History Context Menu
For Alarm history logs, the context menu is slightly different. It allows you to select an alarm event and find the associated record in the Workstation Log.
