Column Format

Column Dialog

This dialog, accessible from the View menu,  allows you to reorder, resize, or hide any of the columns in the current child window.

Use the arrows on the left to reorder the rows, and the arrows in the center to change the visibility.  You can restore the factory defaults for column order, size, and visibility with the button in the lower right.

Tip: If you want use the new column format for windows you will open in the future, remember to save it with the Save Column Format Dialog shown below. 

Drag and Drop

Columns can be reordered dragging the column heading.  The column with can be changed by dragging the border of the column heading cell.

Hide/Show Using the Mouse

The column heading cells support a context menu (right click menu) that allows you hide individual columns or show all of the hidden columns.

Save Column Format Dialog

Once you have arranged the columns to your liking, you can same the column format as the default.  Use the Save column format dialog to save the column format for all windows of a particular type.
