Chat

The Chat Dialog allows you to have an ongoing message session with an individual user.  The chat dialog is accessible from the File menu or the buttonbar.

The chat is directed to the user represented by the selected row in a Net View window or a Session Track window. Once you compose and send the first chat message, the ActivTrak agent opens a modeless dialog on the users desktop.  The user can close their chat window, only after you have closed the Chat dialog on the ActivTrak viewer.
